"I feel very safe at Westwolds. I am cared for very well here. The staff are all friendly, supportive and polite. I like to mostly stay in my room and maintain my independence and staff are mindful and respectful of this. I mostly use the communal areas only during meal times. When I come for my meals, I am made to feel welcome by both staff and residents. The food is excellent, always fresh and well presented. I love to read the paper every day and staff ensure that this is delivered to me daily and in a timely manner."
"I like living at Westwolds. I love my room. It is spacious and decorated to a high standard. I have been able to bring my most treasured possessions with me and have them in my room. I have developed great friendships here, with both staff and residents. Staff are always respectful and provide care tailored to my needs. I enjoy going to the café on a regular basis and Sharron (Activities Coordinator) ensures that this happens on a regular basis. What I like most about Westwolds is that staff go the extra mile and help me maintain my independence."
